Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Bebesweet Partner Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Bebesweet Partner Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Own or manage a website, blog, social media account, or other platform with original content.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


Bebesweet reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Partners participate in the Program as independent contractors. Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, employment, agency, joint venture, or other legal relationship between you and Bebesweet beyond your participation in this Program.

Approved Partners will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code.

You may promote Bebesweet through your approved marketing channels, including:

  • Personal websites
  • Blogs
  • Social media platforms
  • Email newsletters (where legally permitted)


You may not:

  • Misrepresent Bebesweet or its products.
  • Make false or misleading claims.
  • Use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Bid on Bebesweet trademarks or brand names in paid search advertising without prior written approval.

Partners will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral link or approved discount code.

A qualifying purchase:

  • Must be completed by an eligible customer.
  • Must not be cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
  • Must comply with these Terms.


Commission rates are determined by Bebesweet and may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.

Commission payments:

  • Are issued according to the payment schedule communicated by Bebesweet.
  • Are subject to any applicable minimum payout threshold.
  • Require accurate payment and tax information where applicable.


Bebesweet reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions for fraudulent, invalid, duplicate, refunded, or cancelled transactions.

Partner discount codes are provided solely for approved promotional purposes.

Partners may not:

  • Share exclusive codes with unauthorized coupon or deal websites.
  • Advertise unauthorized discounts.
  • Create unofficial promotions on behalf of Bebesweet.

Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

When promoting Bebesweet, Partners should clearly disclose their relationship with the brand.

For example:

  • “I partner with Bebesweet and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
  • “This post contains partner links.”

Bebesweet grants Partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, product images, and marketing materials solely for promoting Bebesweet as part of the Program.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Bebesweet.

Partners may not:

  • Generate fraudulent or fake orders.
  • Purchase through their own referral link unless expressly permitted.
  • Use cookie stuffing or similar tracking manipulation.
  • Misrepresent Bebesweet or its products.
  • Infringe Bebesweet trademarks or intellectual property.
  • Generate artificial traffic or fake engagement.
  • Offer unauthorized incentives or rewards.


Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program.

Either Bebesweet or the Partner may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Partner links and discount codes may be deactivated.
  • Outstanding commissions may be withheld if these Terms have been violated.
  • The Partner must immediately stop using Bebesweet marketing materials and trademarks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bebesweet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Bebesweet does not guarantee:

  • Sales performance
  • Commission earnings
  • Continuous availability of the Program

Bebesweet may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bebesweet operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
